What you’ll be doing:

- Managing your own residential property portfolio with professionalism and care (Mainly apartments)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing arrears and ensuring timely follow-up
- Ensuring compliance with VIC legislation and internal procedures
- Working collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team

What you’ll bring
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills




- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused and customer-driven approach
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset
