As Senior Contract Administrator you will take a lead role in the commercial team managing the head – contract and delegating downstream sub-contractor management to a team of 3 CA’s . Working closely with the Project Director you will take overall responsibility for :
- Procurement strategy : undertaking scope reviews, commercial assessments and managing negotiations with stakeholders
- Financial control:
Delivering accurate forecasting , earned value analysis, and P&L; reporting maximising profitability and mitigating risk
- Contract Administration : Managing overall contract risk frameworks and ensuring compliance with commercial goals across the D&C; model
- Leadership: manage a team of CA’s and cadet in daily duties and provide overall commercial management to the project
