About the Role

As a Call Centre/Customer Service Officer, you will be a key member of the Maintenance Response Centre team, responsible for managing maintenance enquiries and ensuring customer requests are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and manage incoming calls within a high-volume call centre environment
- Respond to maintenance service requests from external clients
- Assist tenants and stakeholders with maintenance enquiries and updates
- Create and process work orders accurately
- Manage internal and external correspondence
- Maintain and update records, databases and information systems
- Prepare documentation and reports as required
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders
- Apply effective negotiation, dispute resolution and conflict management skills when required

- Previous call centre or contact centre experience
- Knowledge of maintenance coordination or facilities management
- Understanding of the building, construction or maintenance industry
