A leading global investment bank is looking to appoint a Vice President to its Infrastructure team following continued growth and robust transaction activity. The platform has an established presence across Australia and offers broad infrastructure coverage, alongside a particular specialisation in Digital Infrastructure sector taking full advantage of the recent growth int hat market.

The opportunity will see the successful candidate take a leading role in transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle, while working closely with Managing Directors on origination and client coverage. The VP will manage day-to-day client relationships,



coordinate execution processes and play an active role in developing and mentoring junior bankers. The team offers sustained deal flow and meaningful exposure to clients and senior bankers both locally and regionally.

Candidates will ideally have 6-9 years of relevant investment banking/corporate advisory experience, with a strong track record in M&A; execution. Prior infrastructure experience is highly important, with exposure to Digital Infrastructure particularly valuable. Applications are encouraged from technically strong candidates within global investment banks, leading advisory platforms, infrastructure developers/investing platforms, or high-quality Big 4 Corporate Finance teams.
