APS6 Salesforce / Vlocity Developers (3 Positions)

Federal Government Contract | 12 Month Initial Term + 12 Month Extension | Hybrid Work | NSW or VIC

We are seeking three experienced Salesforce/Vlocity Developers to join a major Federal Government digital transformation program delivering innovative, citizen-focused technology solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high performing Agile environment, contributing to the development and enhancement of enterprise Salesforce platforms that support critical services for Australians.

Working alongside a collaborative team of developers, architects and delivery professionals, you will help build scalable, accessible and user-centric solutions while contributing to the organisation's growing AI development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Salesforce Vlocity solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors
- Contribute to the establishment and development of AI-assisted development capabilities using Claude Code within Salesforce environments
- Design, build and maintain REST API integrations and event-driven solutions
- Work with source control and package-based development practices using GitLab, GitHub or Bitbucket
- Support Agile delivery teams using Jira, Bitbucket and modern DevOps methodologies
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes
- Contribute to accessible and inclusive digital experiences through best practice development approaches

Essential Skills & Experience





- 3 to 5 years' hands-on Salesforce Vlocity development experience
- Solid expertise across:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)

- Experience with object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patterns
- Experience using source control tools such as GitLab, GitHub or Bitbucket
- Strong understanding of package-based development and DevOps practices
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs and Platform Events
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices
- Passion for accessibility and inclusive design principles

Desirable Skills

- Delivery of three or more Salesforce CRM implementations within Agile environments
- Salesforce certifications including:
- Platform Developer I
- Platform Developer II
- OmniStudio Developer

- Experience with AI implementation, configuration or customisation within enterprise environments

Eligibility Requirements

- Australian Citizenship is mandatory
- Most hold a Baseline Security Clearance
