Key responsibilities
Administration and business support
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Entering data and maintaining records
- Assisting with bookings, scheduling and project coordination
- Formatting documents and supporting report preparation
- Helping with general administration and client service
Scientific and technical support
- Preparing equipment and supplies for fieldwork
- Assisting trained staff with sampling and monitoring activities
- Supporting sample receipt, labelling and tracking
- Entering results and organising technical information
- Assisting with project documentation and reports
- Learning about environmental assessment and occupational hygiene
About you
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
- Clear communication and an ability to work with others
- Basic computer skills
- A commitment to working safely and following instructions
- An interest in business administration, science or the environment
- Driver's licence (if interested in fieldwork or travel)
