The Butler's Pantry Cafe, Bar & Restaurant is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall management of café and restaurant operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are delivered consistently.
- Assist with rostering, training, and team development.
- Manage daily service operations and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor labour costs and operational efficiencies.
- Drive team engagement, accountability, and performance.
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, systems, and business growth.

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality leadership role.
