Looking for a role where you can take ownership of client relationships and lead a team?

An accounting firm in North Brisbane is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to manage a client portfolio and oversee a team delivering accounting, taxation and business advisory services.

Working closely with the Directors, you’ll have responsibility for reviewing work, developing your team and helping clients with their accounting and tax needs.

The Role

- Manage your own portfolio of business services and tax clients.
- Review financial statements, tax returns and other compliance work.
- Provide tax and business advisory support to clients.
- Oversee team workflow, allocate jobs and manage deadlines.
- Mentor accountants and provide technical guidance.
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services.

About You

- Strong Australian Public Practice experience in business services and taxation.




- Experience managing client relationships and reviewing work.
- Previous responsibility for supervising or managing accountants.
- Strong technical knowledge across accounting and tax.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
