We are looking for an empathetic, intuitive, and team-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our dedicated team on an 18-month full-time contract. In this role, you will be the heart of our customer journey, turning everyday support enquiries into comforting, empowering, and delightful experiences.

What You'll Do

- Nurture Customer Relationships: Welcome incoming calls and digital messages with patience, guiding customers through product enquiries and appliance troubleshooting.

- Be an Empathetic Problem Solver: Listen to customer concerns, offering thoughtful, reassuring, and effective solutions that give them true peace of mind.

- Collaborate & Build Connections: Work closely with a supportive network, including service technicians, parts specialists, and logistics teams to ensure every customer feels fully supported.

- Empowered Decision-Making: Use your judgment and intuition to make fair, quick, and thoughtful decisions on the spot for our customers.

- Continuous Learning: Participate in uplifting team training sessions to continually expand your product knowledge and refine your customer care skills.

Who You Are

- You excel at building instant rapport, and bringing a gentle, reassuring tone to every conversation.

- You take pride in maintaining accurate customer records and following through on every promise.





- You handle changing priorities with ease while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude.

- You bring a background in customer service, retail, contact centres, or SAP/CRM systems

- Work Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (unlimited full-time work rights required).
