About the role

As our Fleet Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of our fleet, coordinating vehicle maintenance, registrations, compliance, and operational requirements to keep everything running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate scheduled servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

- Monitor vehicle registrations, inspections, insurance, and compliance requirements.

- Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and documentation.

- Liaise with drivers, mechanics, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Track vehicle availability, usage, and maintenance schedules.

- Assist with fleet costs, fuel usage, and operational efficiency.

- Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance and minimise downtime.

About you

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.





- Must have solid knowledge of vehicle and machinery parts

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- High attention to detail and confidence managing competing priorities.

- Competent with Microsoft Office, Excel and fleet management systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in fleet coordination, transport, logistics, or administration is highly regarded.

- A current driver's licence is preferred.
