Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Open Cut Examiner (OCE) to join a large-scale coal mining operation in the Bowen Basin. Working a 7/7 days and nights roster consisting of 12.5-hour shifts, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance with site safety and statutory requirements while supporting operational performance. This permanent position offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work within a professional team-focused environment where safety and operational excellence are prioritised.
What you'll need to succeed
- Current Open Cut Examiner (OCE) Certificate
- Previous experience as an OCE within a Queensland coal mining operation
- Current Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check
- Ability to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screening requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
