Foremen | Three Separate NSW Project Roles | Urgent Emu Plains Start
Bespoke Recruitment is partnering with a respected Tier 2 builder with quality projects, a solid pipeline and supportive site teams. Attractive salary packages are on offer, based on experience and capability.
We’re recruiting for three separate Foreman positions, each at a different project location. The Emu Plains role is an urgent start.
1. Foreman | Emu Plains | Urgent start
External works and façade experience are essential. Landscaping works will follow.
2. Foreman | Corrimal
A separate position on a different project. You’ll lead daily site activity, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and maintain programme, safety and quality standards.
3. Foreman | McQuoin Park
A separate position at its own project site, coordinating site operations and subcontractors to support safe, quality delivery.
About you
You may already be a Foreman or be an experienced Leading Hand ready to step up. We’ll consider your practical skills, years of relevant experience and what you have personally delivered, not just your current title.
We’re looking for:
- Several years of Australian construction experience, including time leading site work
- Strong trade and subcontractor coordination
- Confidence sequencing work and monitoring programme
- A sound understanding of site safety, quality and construction drawings
- Experience on substantial new-build projects, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
- For Emu Plains, hands-on external works and façade experience
- A consistent work history and meaningful tenure on roles or projects
