Mercy College is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy ICT Support Technician - Digital Integration to join our dynamic ICT team. This role supports the ICT Senior Systems Administrator, contributes to system documentation, assists with ICT budgeting, and provides critical first-tier support to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver frontline ICT support and troubleshooting in classrooms and offices

- Assist with deployment and maintenance of devices and AV equipment

- Act as Systems Administrator when required

- Manage CEWA helpdesk tickets and user accounts

- Liaise with third-party vendors and contractors

- Provide basic training and support for systems like Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote

- Contribute to ICT projects and initiatives





- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all ICT processes

About You:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience with ICT systems in an educational or enterprise environment

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and device deployment is desirable
