NDIS SIL Intake & Growth Manager | South West Sydney

SustainHealth are seeking an experienced SIL Growth & Intake Manager to join a values-led, registered NDIS provider in South Western Sydney. This is a genuine chance to build a SIL program from the ground up, own the growth and see the results in real move-ins.

They deliver SIL, SDA, high intensity supports, specialist support coordination and allied health across South Western Sydney. They already have the registration, the homes and the service depth. What they need now is one exceptional person to own the SIL Growth journey, from the first referral conversation through to a safe, well-planned move-in.

This isn’t an intake desk role or a cold-calling sales job. It’s a senior growth position reporting directly to the Director with a prove track recording of driving SIL growth, where you’ll:

- Build and grow referral channels with support coordinators, specialist support coordinators, hospital discharge teams, allied health, behaviour support practitioners, guardians and advocates
- Own the pipeline in the CRM, from enquiry through funding checks, assessment, property visits and compatibility to move-in
- Match people only to vacancies where their needs, funding and preferences can be supported safely and sustainably
- Lead transitions with the operations, clinical and housing teams so every handover is smooth
- Report weekly to leadership on referrals, conversion and forecast move-ins

The Essential requirements





- 3+ years in NDIS SIL intake, business development or home and living roles
- A proven track record of SIL referrals you’ve personally sourced and converted into move-ins in the last 12 to 24 months
- Strong relationships with referrers across Sydney
- Solid knowledge of SIL funding, roster ratios, compatibility, tenancy separation and service agreements
- A sound understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct, conflict of interest, consent and participant choice
- Confidence using a CRM and reporting clearly
- Cultural understanding and connection with South Western Sydney’s diverse communities. A community language such as Arabic is highly regarded.
- Experience with hospital discharge, psychosocial disability, complex health, behaviours of concern, guardianship or justice interfaces
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or eligibility to obtain one), a Working with Children Check, a current NSW driver licence and your own vehicle

In addition to the above, experience with hospital discharge, psychosocial disability, complex health, ILO funding model or SDA housing pathways will help you stand out.
