- Induct and guide support workers supporting non-clinical clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with NDIS, aged care and organisational requirements.
- Build community relationships and help grow your client portfolio.
About you
You’ll bring:
- A qualification in allied health, aged care, disability or a related community field
- Community engagement experience, including networking and stakeholder engagement
- Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication
- Strong organisation and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced environments
- Based in Southeast Melbourne with a valid Australian driver’s licence and access to own car
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
