Your New Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support across product enquiries, quotations and order management. Working closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships while identifying opportunities to support business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Converting enquiries into sales opportunities
- Coordinating with warehouse, sales and operations teams
- Ensuring customer orders and deliveries are managed efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Providing accurate product and service information




- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or sales support role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products or industrial environments will be highly regarded
