ATLANTIS TRADE SPECIALISTS is a growing, technology-driven trade services business based in Cairns. We are looking for a motivated apprentice who wants to build a real career in the trades. You will work directly alongside experienced technicians — learning how a professional trade business operates from day one.
We service commercial and residential clients across Cairns, Innisfail and the Atherton Tablelands — including schools, medical centres, hospitality, agriculture and government. We are also the Daikin Authorised Service Centre for the region.
Our Three Trades: Air-conditioning | Electrical | Refrigeration
Our Four Service Pillars: Diagnostics and Repairs | Special Projects (Installations) | Preventative Maintenance | Supply Orders

What We Are Looking For
Genuine interest in the electrical and air-conditioning trade. Reliable,
punctual and eager to learn. Positive attitude and solid work ethic. Neat presentation. Current driver's licence or working towards one. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in the Cairns climate. If you have experience, that's a plus however not required — we will train you.
What You Will Learn
Electrical installation, diagnostics and fault finding. Air-conditioning installation and servicing. Refrigeration fundamentals. Test and tag compliance procedures. Professional job documentation and client communication. How to operate within a technology-driven trade business.
