What you’ll be doing

- Build a strong pipeline of current projects and customers across Western Sydney
- Grow existing accounts while actively opening new doors
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, facility managers and other key decision-makers
- Identify upcoming projects and position the business before competitors arrive
- Spend most of your week in the territory, meeting customers face-to-face
- Use an established database, industry relationships and market intelligence to generate opportunities

You’ll be proactive, resilient and comfortable working in a straightforward, informal environment.

You don’t need your hand held, but you’ll appreciate having a manager who knows the market and is willing to get alongside you when it counts.

You might already sell construction supplies, industrial products, building products, equipment or services into the construction market.

Just as importantly, you’ll understand how to build a territory through consistent face-to-face activity.
