About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based position located at our Dandenong South office. Given the collaborative nature of the role and the daily interaction with internal teams and suppliers, we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of the team on-site five days per week.

In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between sales, production, suppliers, and the rest of the crew, helping us keep stock flowing, orders accurate, and operations running smoothly.

You’ll handle everything from stock replenishment to supplier follow‑ups, order acknowledgements, and performance tracking.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing stock replenishment and special-order procurement

- Reviewing supplier order acknowledgements and making sure details are spot‑on

- Chasing suppliers for updates and keeping delivery timelines tight

- Collaborating daily with Sales, Production, Operations, Engineering, and Quality





- Monitoring supplier performance and helping lift results when needed

- Sorting out delivery or supply issues before they become real headaches

- Supporting workflow improvements and spotting chances to make processes smoother

- Jumping into general duties that help the team deliver on-time and at a high standard

What You'll Bring

- A positive attitude and a genuine eye for detail

- Strong communication skills (both talking and listening)

- Ability to work autonomously but also gel well with the team

- Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills at an intermediate level

- Experience in purchasing, logistics or a similar role (desirable)

- ERP system experience (desirable)

- Mandarin language skills would be advantageous due to our interaction with some international suppliers; however this is not essential, and we encourage all suitable qualified candidates to apply
