About the Role

We’re looking for friendly and experienced Club Attendants to join our team. In this customer-focused role, you’ll deliver outstanding service across food and beverage, gaming, member services and general club operations.

You’ll help create positive experiences for our members and guests while contributing to a skilled and supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing friendly, professional service across gaming, bar, bistro and floor areas

- Assisting with day-to-day venue operations and maintaining presentation standards

- Engaging with members and guests to create a positive experience

- Handling enquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach





- Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative environment

- Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG and venue procedures

- Own car and reliable transport required due to limited public transport access after hours

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

- Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

- Well-presented with a professional approach

- Valid RSA & RCG, or willingness to obtain

- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
