HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced LF Forklift Drivers and LO Order Pickers to join a well-established, Australian-owned logistics and supply chain business based in Erskine Park.

Our client is a leading provider of third-party logistics (3PL), warehousing and distribution services, supporting customers across Australia.

We have multiple permanent full-time opportunities available across two separate positions within a busy, safety-focused distribution centre.

Available Positions

1. LF Forklift Driver & Warehouse Operator
We're seeking experienced LF Forklift Drivers with robust high-reach and counterbalance forklift capabilities who are also comfortable assisting with general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts to safely move, load, unload and store stock.
- Completing pallet put-away, replenishment and stock retrieval from warehouse racking.
- Loading and unloading trucks and handling inbound and outbound freight.
- Picking, packing, labelling and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to record stock movements.
- Assisting with inventory control, stocktakes and general warehouse duties.

2. LO Order Picker & Warehouse Operator
We're seeking experienced LO Order Pickers who are confident operating elevated order-picking equipment within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Operating LO order-picking forklifts to retrieve stock from warehouse racking.
- Performing elevated order picking safely and accurately.
- Picking customer orders using RF scanners and WMS instructions.
- Packing, labelling, wrapping and staging orders for dispatch.
- Assisting with replenishment, stock movements and inventory control.
- Meeting daily picking,



accuracy and productivity targets while maintaining safety standards.

About You
To be successful in either position, you will bring:

- Current LF Forklift Licence or LO Order Picking Licence – Essential for the relevant position.
- Previous experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or 3PL environments.
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch.
- Good attention to detail, reliability and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience with voice picking, pallet riders or holding both LF and LO licences will be highly regarded.
