4 -7 years experience as a practising lawyer (any area)
No prior AI experience needed, demonstrated interest in AI and technology

We are partnering with a leading law firm to appoint a Legal AI & Innovation Consultant to help shape the future of legal practice through AI-enabled innovation.

This is a rare prospect for a practising lawyer with a genuine interest in legal technology and innovation. You will work closely with practice groups to embed AI into everyday legal workflows, redesign ways of working, and drive meaningful adoption of tools.

What you’ll do
Partner with lawyers to design and implement AI-enabled legal workflows
Lead change management, training and adoption initiatives across practice groups
Build integrated workflows across legal technology platforms
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence




Help shape the firm’s broader legal AI and innovation strategy
What we’re looking for
4+ years’ + experience as a practising lawyer
Robust understanding of legal practice and the realities of fee-earning work
Hands-on experience with legal AI or technology implementation
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
A practical, commercially minded approach to innovation
This role suits a lawyer who is equally comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and designing practical technology-enabled solutions—someone who can translate AI capability into real, lasting change for legal teams.
