We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join a growing organisation in a diverse role with a strong focus on reconciliations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong Excel skills and is looking to further develop their accounting experience through cross-training in other areas of finance.

Key responsibilities will include:
Completing bank and general ledger reconciliations
Preparing invoices, journals and processing payments
Banking, receipting and allocating payments
Investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies
Responding to account queries and liaising with internal departments
Maintaining accurate financial records and data
Assisting with general accounting and finance administration
Cross-training across other areas of the finance function

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:




Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or similar finance role
Strong reconciliation experience and attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Excellent numerical accuracy and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to learn
A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
