About the role

DOUBLE 'D' PRODUCTS AUSTRALIA is seeking a skilled Machine Operator Cook to join our manufacturing team on a . Based in Glendenning, NSW, this role is in production operations, ensuring machinery runs efficiently and safely to meet our manufacturing objectives. As a Machine Operator, you will be measuring ingredients by batch, mixing and cooking. Training provided but previous experience working in a factory in any measurable is viewed favourably.

What you'll be doing
Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
Performing routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on assigned machinery
Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and identifying any defects or issues
Recording production data and machine performance metrics accurately
Loading and unloading materials and products as part of the production process
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Following all documented work instructions and safety protocols at all times




Communicating with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or equipment concerns
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
Solid understanding of machinery operation, maintenance and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings and production schedules
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as required
Reliable and punctual with robust work ethic and commitment to safety
Basic mathematical skills for recording production data and measurements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Relevant manufacturing certifications or qualifications are advantageous
