Answering phone calls and emails from customers, and taking and entering orders Helping customers with order updates, delivery times and easy queries Data entry, filing, scanning and keeping records up to date Preparing and checking invoices, delivery dockets and paperwork Passing orders and updates between the office and dispatch team Following up on deliveries, shortages and returns Helping out wherever the team needs a hand What we're looking for





A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Friendly, clear communication on the phone and in person Valuable attention to detail and basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel) Reliable, punctual and happy to work as part of a team No experience needed – full training provided School leavers, recent graduates and career starters are encouraged to apply What's in it for you
