A leading Victorian organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its People & Culture team on an immediate‑start 3‑month contract. This role offers strong potential for ongoing work or permanency and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major workforce program within a complex, highly regulated workplace.About the Role As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse portfolio. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver contemporary HR advice, support organisational change and drive initiatives that strengthen capability, culture and performance. This role suits a confident HR professional who thrives in rapid‑paced environments, enjoys influencing stakeholders and is comfortable navigating complex employee relations matters.Key Responsibilities Provide strategic HR advice across workforce planning, performance, capability and organisational development Partner with leaders to support change initiatives, restructures and workforce transitions Manage complex employee relations matters within an EBA/governed environment Support recruitment,



onboarding and talent initiatives across assigned portfolios Lead and contribute to People & Culture projects aligned to organisational priorities Coach leaders to build capability and embed contemporary HR practice Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and industrial instruments About You Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent Strong capability in employee relations, coaching and stakeholder management Experience in health, government or other highly regulated/EBA environments Ability to manage competing priorities and influence outcomes Team-oriented, proactive and solutions‑focused approach Confident working with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams Contract Details 3‑month contract Immediate start Strong potential for extension or permanency Full‑time Competitive daily rate Hybrid working arrangements Why This Role?
