Experienced Fish & Chips chef/cook - Immediate Start

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic chef/cook to join our team at Boka Bites that specialises in gluten free fish and chips in Bokarina, Queensland. You will play a vital role in creating preparing and presenting delicious meals for our customers.

What you'll be doing
Preparing including filleting, cleaning fish and crustaceans.
Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Maintaining a clean and organised restaurant

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role of 2 + years
Robust knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods for 100% gluten free menu.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a rapid-paced setting
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays on a 7 day roster
