Car Hire Assistant (Casual)

Location: Tullamarine, VIC Hours: Casual, versatile shifts (including weekends)

We’re looking for a reliable and switched-on

Car Hire Assistant

to join our growing car-hire team based in Tullamarine. All bookings are managed through the

Turo platform , and you’ll be a key part of ensuring our vehicles and guests are looked after to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning vehicles to a

high standard

(interior & exterior)

Handing cars over to guests and completing

check-ins & check-outs

Communicating with guests via the

Turo app , work phone, and computer

Delivering vehicles to

Melbourne Airport

and providing a

shuttle service

Completing

premium deliveries

to specific guest locations

Completing a

daily return log

accurately

Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised

Communicating with the team via a

WhatsApp group chat

Assisting with our

on-site car wash business

when required

Communication Is Key You’ll be dealing directly with customers, so:

Solid English (spoken and written)



is essential

Confident, friendly, and professional communication is a must

Comfortable answering calls and responding to messages promptly

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, responsible, and well-presented

Positive attention to detail

Comfortable using apps and basic computer systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A valid driver’s licence

Previous experience is

not required , but is a bonus
