We're looking for a practical and proactive Maintenance Officer

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and minor projects across our care community and gardens. Ensure our home meets all safety and compliance standards, including WHS regulations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimising disruption for our residents. Manage maintenance supplies and equipment within budget. Work as a key part of our team to create a secure and welcoming environment. What You'll Need:

Experience in a maintenance, handyman, or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus). A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety. Positive communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. Reliability and a strong work ethic.
