This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role for someone with experience in horticulture, landscape construction or landscape design who wants to broaden their skills across all three areas. You'll work directly alongside the business owner on landscape installations, garden maintenance and bringing landscape designs to life across residential projects. Key responsibilities
Assist with residential garden designs, planting plans and basic landscape drawings Help select plants, materials and layouts that suit each garden Take site measurements and contribute ideas during project planning Assist with garden installations, including planting, soil preparation, mulching and garden beds Install turf, stepping stones, garden edging and other landscape features Help set out and complete projects in line with landscape plans Carry out pruning, hedging, weeding, fertilising and general garden care Identify plant health issues and help keep gardens healthy and looking their best Maintain quality residential gardens throughout the seasons About you
Experience or qualifications in landscape design, horticulture or landscape construction A positive understanding of plants, garden materials and design principles Practical experience in garden maintenance or landscape installation About us
