Ideally looking for a seasoned telecom professional with strong field operations exposure who can bridge business, delivery, and operational teams while driving Agile transformation across large-scale network and service delivery settings. Required Skills:

Lead Agile transformation initiatives across field operations and network delivery teams. Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and operational leaders on Agile principles and best practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning, and Value Stream workshops. Build Agile maturity and establish continuous improvement frameworks. 10+ years in telecommunications. Robust exposure to: Network Operations Field Services Service Assurance Service Delivery Infrastructure Rollout Programs Fiber and Fixed Wireless Networks Workforce Management Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) ICAgile Certified Qualified (ICP-ACC / ICP-ATF) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable) All candidates should have full working rights in Australia.
