CreditorWatch in Sydney is seeking an Account Manager to nurture an existing portfolio and drive renewal, upsell, and product adoption to maximise Net Revenue Retention. This role is a full time position with hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.
You will own renewals, identify growth opportunities through usage, and collaborate with BDMs to convert qualified opportunities, while maintaining solid CRM hygiene to support accurate forecasting and portfolio expansion.
