As a Registered Nurse in aged care, you’ll: Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical care Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff Ensure safe, effective, and individualised care for residents Contribute to clinical risk management and continuous improvement Advocate for residents’ dignity, choices, and wellbeing What We’re Looking For
