The role involves regional travel across Northern Sydney and leadership of culinary operations to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents.

You will hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisory Certification, with 5+ years as Head Chef in aged care or similar settings, including supervisory responsibilities.
