The position is based at Vintners Wine Bar & Bistro in Witchcliffe, 10 kilometres south of Margaret River.
Key responsibilities include working with local produce and regional suppliers, developing seasonal dishes, maintaining efficiency during service, and supporting the wider kitchen team.
