Sales Representative - Sydney

Are you a driven sales professional who knows equipment hire, civil construction or mining? Ground Support Systems Aust (GSS Hire) is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Sydney branch in Riverstone.

In this hands-on role, you will strengthen established client relationships, win recent business and connect customers with practical trench shoring, dewatering, water treatment and pumping solutions.

What you'll do
Manage key accounts and deliver responsive, high-quality service
Build trusted client relationships that generate repeat business
Proactively identify new customers,



projects and equipment-hire opportunities
Recommend practical equipment solutions tailored to customer needs
Review tender documents and prepare accurate quotations and pricing
Attend site inspections and client meetings

What you'll bring
Relevant experience in equipment hire, civil construction or mining
A customer-first mindset and solutions-focused approach
Solid organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office
Knowledge of trench shoring is desirable, but not essential
