Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm | No weekend work Work within a close-knit, experienced team with robust PM and CA support. Long-term security with a $5M–$15M pipeline of premium residential projects. Deliver exceptional homes alongside leading architects and high-profile design teams. THE ROLE

Lead day-to-day site operations from commencement through to handover Drive construction programmes, sequencing and short-term planning Coordinate subcontractors, trades,



suppliers and deliveries Review documentation and resolve design and buildability issues Liaise with the Project Manager, architects, consultants and clients Maintain exceptional standards across quality, finishes, programme and safety Work closely with an experienced Project Manager, CA and site team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects up to $5M Full project lifecycle experience, from site establishment through to handover Solid ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and documentation Confident driving programmes, sequencing and subcontractor performance Proactive, positive and energetic, with the ability to drive momentum on site Collaborative site leader who works effectively alongside the Project Manager, CA and wider site team
