Frontline Recruitment Group – Mooloolaba QLD is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a premium dining operation on a 6–12 month secondment. Oversee front-of-house service, staff development, rostering and daily operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
You will work closely with the kitchen and management teams in a rapid-paced beachfront setting, driving service excellence, training staff, managing labour costs, and ensuring smooth coordination of reservations and events.
