This is a full time position. You'll be the main point of contact for customers and play an important role in supporting the workshop team and business owner, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of both the office and workshop administration. Key responsibilities
Answering phone calls and managing customer bookings Greeting customers and coordinating vehicle drop-offs and collections Communicating with customers about vehicle findings, quotes and approvals Providing quotes and following up recommended work Creating purchase orders and ordering parts Entering supplier bills and creating customer invoices Operating workshop management software (Mechanic Desk) Understanding how workshop software integrates with Xero Accounts support, including organising accounts payable and invoicing accuracy Calculating GST, margins and pricing on parts About you
Highly organised, meticulous and detail-oriented Ideally has some automotive knowledge Confident communicating with customers and comfortable with light sales and upselling Has accounting knowledge, including GST,
