The Chance - Join us in shaping a better future for people, communities, and the planet. We're Looking For A Senior Analyst to join Stocklands Development Finance team on a 12 month contract, supporting Retail and Communities real estate projects.

WhatYou'll Do As a Senior Analyst within the Development Finance team, you will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to support informed investment decisions across an exciting development pipeline.

Working closely with Finance and Development Managers, you will apply your corporate finance and accounting expertise to provide clear commercial insights that support Stocklands growth strategy. Your analysis will help guide strategic decision making across Retail and Communities projects during a dynamic period of expansion.

About You You are analytical, curious, and commercially minded, with a passion for turning complex financial information into meaningful insights. You thrive in collaborative settings where you can solve problems, influence decisions, and contribute to successful real estate outcomes.

Experience & Skills That Count

Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles





A strong foundation in corporate finance or Big Four accounting

A completed, or in progress, CFA, CPA or CA qualification

Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel

Solid budgeting and forecasting capability, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly
