The Role This
entry-level
position is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of mortgage broking. Based in our
Bundall office , you’ll be working closely with experienced brokers, learning the end-to-end loan process, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting brokers with loan applications, documentation, and client follow-ups.
Learning to navigate CRM systems and financial software like
MyCRM and Apply Online .
Liaising with clients, lenders, and referral partners (real estate agents, accountants, etc.).
Supporting the loan process from application submission to settlement.
Developing a robust understanding of lender policies and loan products.

Solid attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
