Key responsibilities
Partner with leaders to provide practical and commercially focused advice on employee relations case management Manage performance and conduct matters Handle workplace grievances and investigations Interpret workplace policy and employment legislation Coach leaders through people-related challenges Manage a varied caseload while building trusted relationships across the organisation Work on change and organisational initiatives About you Previous experience in a dedicated Employee Relations, Workplace Relations or Industrial Relations role Experience managing investigations, grievances, performance and conduct matters Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation Confidence advising and coaching leaders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced workplace
