Balanced Perceptions Therapy & Consulting (BPTC) is seeking an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) to join our Bundoora practice as an Associate Clinician under an independent contractor arrangement.

This is an prospect to focus on clinical work without having to build every part of a private practice yourself. BPTC actively generates and allocates suitable referrals and provides furnished consulting rooms, Halaxy, client administration, payment processing, marketing and enquiry support.

· Full-day consulting room availability is available on Wednesday.

· Additional availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, and Saturday afternoons.

· Work with children, adolescents and adults within your scope of practice and competence.

· In-person Bundoora work plus telehealth where appropriate. Prospect to build toward approximately 8–12 sessions per week as referrals and availability develop, with capacity for further growth.

· 60% of qualified fees to the clinician / 40% to BPTC.



Statutory superannuation is paid in addition where BPTC is legally required to provide it.

· Freedom to maintain other work or your own private practice, subject to appropriate professional obligations.

Essential: Current AASW membership and AMHSW accreditation; Medicare eligibility/provider arrangements; ABN; appropriate qualified insurance; current Working with Children Check.
