About the Role

As a Junior Bookkeeper Trainee, you will receive on-the-job training and mentoring while learning the day-to-day responsibilities of a bookkeeping professional. You will work alongside experienced team members and develop valuable skills that can lead to a rewarding career in finance and business administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Data entry and maintaining financial records




Assisting with bank reconciliations
Filing and organising financial documentation
Supporting payroll administration
Responding to basic client and supplier enquiries
Learning bookkeeping software and accounting processes
Providing general administrative support to the finance team

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has a genuine interest in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
Is eager to learn and develop current skills
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
Possesses good written and verbal communication skills
Has basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Is reliable, motivated, and qualified
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
