ACE Doctors is preparing to open a new GP practice in Greensborough, and we’re looking for a passionate, proactive and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for 3 days per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the nursing services of a new practice, contribute to establishing clinical workflows and work alongside our doctors to deliver thoughtful, high-quality patient care.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting GPs with day-to-day clinical activities and patient care.
Assisting with chronic disease management, care plans and health assessments.
Preparing for and assisting with skin cancer procedures and minor surgical procedures.
Supporting immunisations, vaccinations, wound care and other general practice nursing duties within your scope of practice.
Maintaining clinical equipment, stock levels, infection prevention procedures and sterilisation processes.
Helping establish nursing protocols, clinical checklists and efficient practice workflows.
Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with relevant clinical standards.
What we’re looking for
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in general practice nursing is highly desirable.
Knowledge of chronic disease management,
care plans and health assessments.
Experience or a robust interest in skin cancer procedures and minor surgery.
A proactive, organised and hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Someone who enjoys building systems, taking initiative and being part of a new practice from the beginning.
