Adecco Australia is helping a well-established auto body manufacturer find a Workshop Operations Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, lead a team of 5–10 and ensure secure, high-quality work.
In this permanent full time role, you will schedule jobs, prepare quotations, monitor costs and performance, and maintain robust relationships with customers and suppliers. The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with opportunities for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.
