Cornerstone & Co Café is a friendly local café in Hampton, Victoria, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone who is an experienced barista with excellent coffee-making skills and the confidence to manage daily operations, while making high quality coffee. Duties include: managing day-to-day café operations, preparing staff rosters, supervising and supporting staff, handling day-to-day staff queries and operational issues, ensuring excellent customer service, managing opening and closing, daily cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. What we’re looking for: previous café management experience, robust barista skills,



excellent leadership and communication, ability to run the café smoothly without needing help with every small decision, plus a focus on customer service and team work.
