We're recruiting a team lead to join our construction waste processing operation in Dandenong South. This is a hands-on role. Great chance for someone looking to build a career in a key industry.

The role:
Sorting, processing, and handling construction waste materials in an indoor facility
Physically demanding work involving regular lifting and manual handling.
Operating yard machinery and heavy vehicles (excavators, skid steers, screening plant, tipper, hook lifts, marell lifts)
General yard duties — equipment support, site upkeep, protected material handling
Lead a small, close-knit team reporting to the site manager

Full time, permanent position — 38 ordinary hours/week, Monday–Friday (7.6 hrs/day)

What we're looking for:
Physically fit and able to manage sustained manual work
Ideally some experience in waste processing, transfer stations, recycling centers
Ideally excavator/loader and heavy vehicle experience
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
No specific tickets, licences, or experience required — we'll train the right person

Pay: $35.00 – $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week
