Reo Group is seeking an FP&A; Manager to own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting and financial governance across ANZ. You will lead TPM system implementation and partner with Sales, Marketing, Category and Supply Chain to translate data into commercial insight while driving ROI discipline.
You will lead a four-person FP&A; team and shape the function as it shifts from number production to strategic business partnership, with a transparent pathway to senior finance leadership in a high-growth workplace.
