Moira Shire Council is seeking a qualified qualified to lead the master planning and service planning for the Yarrawonga site redevelopment. You will drive the project from due diligence to a confirmed Master Plan, Service Plan and Business Case, coordinating planning, engineering, asset management and building surveying teams.
The role requires solid urban planning expertise, stakeholder negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver within scope, time and budget.
